BBA in International Hotel Management
Our BBA degree specializes in 3 tracks where each are designed to fully prepare you to enter the hospitality industry with confidence and basic management theories. Most students, who successfully complete the SHA Diploma or Les Roches Higher Diploma, choose the BBA pathway which suits their objective and area of interest. The pathways as follows:
- Hotel Design and Project Management:
If your dream is to collaborate on the latest hotel design project, or to be involved in the development of facilities for an ecological future, then this program is for you! Learn to manage long-term projects efficiently from start to finish along with the basic understanding of architecture, interior and exterior design concepts for hospitality facilities and building management.
- Culinary Business Management:
Get ready to start your own culinary business, transform an existing restaurant venture, or become a manager for any dining establishment with confidence and inspiration. This course will focus on entrepreneurship for event and food preparation management.
- Entrepreneurship:
You will develop an understanding of strategic marketing and financial objectives of a company as well as the development of a project through our Entrepreneurship program. This specialization track is right for you if you desire to enter the corporate world of large hotel chains, hotel management or step into the entrepreneurial world and start your own business.
- Finance:
This program studies a variety of areas in finance including analyzing business performance; interpret financial statements, making sound investment decisions and other essential skills important to financial managers in a competitive business environment.
- Marketing:
The role of marketing is vital to any business especially in the global and competitive environment of today. Take this track and you will develop skills in strategic decision making, as well as bring innovative and creative marketing ideas to any business in hospitality.

Choose this intensive program and you will acquire the knowledge for strategic planning and gain hands-on experience in international culinary arts. The Post-Graduate Diploma culminates with a Capstone Events Management Project during the second semester. After completing these two semesters of study, you may then choose to do an internship or start working right away.
Post Graduate Higher Diploma / Professional Higher Diploma
Upon completion of the Post Graduate Diploma, you can take an additional semester that will focus on the human elements of executive management in hospitality. You will examine leadership, business relationships, development of managers and organizational strategy, in both the classroom and workplace.
If you are new to the hospitality industry and are looking for a career change, then we recommend that you undergo 3 to 6 months of work experience in a hotel or restaurant prior to starting this program.
